Menu items, descriptions, options, checkout and tracking are available in English. Brand names, addresses and your personal messages stay as written. Newly updated restaurant text may appear in Spanish until translated. Order totals are in Costa Rican colones; dollar equivalents are approximate and use the dated reference shown below.
How to order
FIVE SIMPLE STEPS
Open the menu in English, choose a product and review its size, included items, required choices and paid extras. “My order” opens your cart. Nothing is sent to the restaurant when you add an item.
Select pickup, delivery, or eating at the restaurant when offered. Delivery needs an address, useful directions and a confirmed point on the map. Coverage and the delivery fee are checked before confirmation.
Use a name and an eight-digit Costa Rican phone number; +506 is optional. Email is optional. If you only have an international number, contact the restaurant on WhatsApp to arrange your order. Choose one of the payment options actually offered for your order.
“Review order total” checks availability, prices, delivery and any selected coupon. This is still a draft. Read the full order and the maximum amount shown when using a coupon.
“Confirm order” sends the order to La Corte. Wait for the confirmation and save its reference. “Track my order” shows order progress; the order, delivery and payment can have different states.
PAYMENT & COUPONS
The checkout is available in English and does not collect card details or charge a card online. Choose an offered method and follow the restaurant’s instructions. A confirmed order is not proof of payment.
If SINPE Móvil is offered, copy the number and amount shown and verify the recipient in your banking app before transferring. The restaurant verifies the payment.
Discounts may depend on delivery method, payment method, eligible products, order subtotal or previous use. Savings shown while browsing are estimates. Selecting a coupon does not redeem it.
Review the coupon and authorized maximum before confirming. Shipping does not count toward a products-subtotal threshold. The restaurant system makes the final eligibility check.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Keep the ordering tab open and choose “Check status”. A slow or interrupted response does not tell you whether the restaurant received the order. Avoid creating another order while the first one is being checked.
Use the request option in order tracking when available, or contact the restaurant with your order reference. A registered request needs the restaurant’s review; it does not automatically change or cancel the order.
Share the support reference shown with the message and describe the step that failed. Keep any private recovery link to yourself. If you cannot recover tracking, contact La Corte on WhatsApp with the reference you saved.
